Ended up at my fav shoprite today the shoprite online circular their website is so easy to navigate. I work retail and used the catering services and bakery to help with my family gathering last year and was so happy! Ham and Turkey Breast with gravy. Saved so much time and was delicious. The service and choices were amazing and those Hawaiian Bread sandwiches I bought to the party last year were a hit! Will be going back for the crab clusters & some things b 4 end of the sale! I will say they are strict with the self checkout and having less than 20 items, which makes sense.
I typically shop at Stop&Shop but they never have certain items. This Shop Rite has everything I need. The store is always very clean and organized. They staff are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Palwasha rang me out and she was one of the sweetest cashiers I’ve ever had. I had a great day shopping here today. They also have great discount especially when you’ve got their Shoprite Card and I was able to sign up today for a new card. There’s a wheelchair accessibility entrance and and parking. Also this Shoprite can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic.By U-roy Agboli (4 years ago)My wife and I are seniors yesterday 9-19 my wife spent over an hour at the deli counter ordering items,very unorganized,the staff behind the counter slow as molasses kept slicing and re slicing cheese, took forever We spent from 12 ish till about 1:10 wasted at the deli, I missed my urgent appt. Really cool place. Wide variety of different exotic foods and fruits. Staff is nice. It smells amazing! The bakery just fills the air with the smell of cider doughnuts. Honestly, Whole Foods might be my favorite spot to go for a quick and easy lunch. I usually opt for the salad and I love the bar. I’m able to just build my own salad and they have really unique options like they have like shredded salmon, which is cool.

The place always smells great, and the food tastes noticeably better. Some items like hummus and cottage cheese are marked up way higher than other places, selling the same exact brand. I get the better quality stuff costing more, but the same exact brands jacked up are a little ridiculous. When I asked about a cheese I was looking for and couldn’t find it she offered one that she thought I would enjoy and gave it to me to try on the house – such a treat as it was indeed as lovely as she explained. While we were talking I realized that I remembered her from many years ago from the town library that I work in. She was a favorite patron of ours who was always a bright light and beautifully positive person, truly unforgettable. I was so glad to interact with her again after all these years. A lot of responsibility was put on me from handling the truck delivery on my own to sorting out everything that was on it. That wasn’t the issue for me, the issue for me was every single worker in this establishment was nice and helpful. Then I met the overnight manager Shawn who was very unprofessional and so was the other guy whose name I forgot. They both laughed at me trying to get into the elevator in time bringing the stock up to the second floor. Shawn also said when I was sorting the products out that it looked “fine” but turns out it wasn’t fine because it had to be reorganized.
