It was really busy though, I am still trying to figure out the best times to go shopping here. The employees were super helpful, letting me know when a product could roughly be expected in.
By Natasha Coffin (8 months ago)I adore Trader Joe’s. They have a unique variety of fair-trade organic foods for very reasonable prices.An entire wall of bread, and another one for chocolate. Half of the store is filled with fruits and vegetables from basic staples to entire stocks of brussels sprouts, mini champagne grapes, and international treasures. Of course, some of the cheeses or coffees are on the more expensive side, but there is truly something for everyone.
The store is kept very clean, there are wipes and trash cans at the entrance if you would like to sanitize your cart, and the workers have all been very accommodating. No complaints whatsoever.

We tend to go here to stock up on snack foods and wine, but we also usually get some groceries too. The employees are always friendly, the quality is great, and the prices are always good too. Really caters more to those that cannot cook, or dont have the time. The prepared stuff is fairly tasty some even moderately healthy. They do have kosher and other specialty foods, but the produce is whack! Definitely go during slower hours otherwise it’s a madhouse of clueless customers who act like they’ve never been in a grocery store blocking, pushing, and never had this happen before now but straight up running into you. The staffing like everywhere currently is slim but they have efficient self check out machines. Hannaford’s is the best I love the employees I love the store the setup they’re all becoming uniform the prices are wonderful the produce is always the freshest! The deli is always friendly with a short line they aim to please they will cut that meat until it is perfect for you. I went to the Portland Whole Foods store to return an item to Amazon. I thought I had filled out the info to Amazon so it would be easy. I was wrong. The young man who worked behind the coffee bar was amazing in helping me correct the process to successfully return the item. He was incredibly polite, personable and patient. Whole Foods is very fortunate to have him as a representative of their store!
