Store had a nice selection, but walking inside, the only thing I smelled straight away was cat urine.
Maybe it was spilled kombucha? Maybe? But it put a sour smell in my nose for the rest of the grocery store.
Still, I was able to find almost everything I needed except ginger root, which, I guess, is less common than I thought. Prices seemed a tad high too, but everything is pricy nowadays.

This store ALWAYS seems to be HEAVILY UNDER STAFFED. never more then 1-3 lanes open plust a couple self checkout lanes. Just about any time I have gone to this location I have waited in atleast 15 or more to 45 minutes in check out line. The store layout is absolutely rediclous. Things are all spread out. (For example)The bread isle is closer to the middle of the store and the bakery is on a far wall. I spent probably about an extra 20 minutes just looking for the correct items then I would in any other grocery store. They do however have a pretty good selection once you finally figure out where the items you want are located

Good supermarket, but a bit expensive they also have a pharmacy inside. Well stocked you can find almost everything. Big parking lot and easy to find.

Really grateful for the excellent pharmacy here. Staff are skilled, pharmacy website is tolerable, and their pharmacy prices with GoodRx coupons cannot be beat.

Once you can find the place as I was visiting from out of state, (its in the basement) it was great. But seriously, I have never been to a supermarket where they had more security dressed in black hsn actual employees dressed in red that will follow your every move. It’s like big government watching u. I was in law enforcement 15 years and it’s obvious the amateurs with walkie talkies are following you as I looked like an outsider. Lol just really weird!
And I had minimal food items in my cart, look at my cart! Milk and chilli, lol. Is that how Boston is? I guess it keeps out the homeless!

Staff is wonderful though some are skittish of having their pictures taken! The upstairs convenient store has a varied assortment of hot foods for on the go folks!

This place is more expensive than any other Roche Bros. but the location is uncontested. They have great fresh produce and meat and it’s a really big supermarket too! Very conveniently located and easy to walk to.

A surprise full service super market in the middle of the city. A full up market plus a bunch of prepared food options. Hot food, ready to heat items, made to order sandwiches. And a selection of beer & wine– this is Massachusetts!

Nice and clean store. Somethings are cheaper than others places. By the way they have a huge beer& wine selection. A huge cheese selection. You need lunch they have a small food court. Soups, salads, and other great meal packages. Down in the basement get a fresh cold sub.
Oh yeah. They treat people with disabilities with a lot of respect and dignity.

Honestly, it has happened too many times. This past month , I have been having issues with their products from expired food to rotten food . It’s just notthe whole food in Jamaica plain is selling rotten food, the one in Charlestown as well . It’s very inconvenient to go back to the store after coming home to notice that you have purchased rotten and expired products.

First time at this location. Clean and very organized. Friendly and helpful staff. I went to return an Amazon item and this was the closet location. It was a pretty dope experience as I usually would give to an associate (as stated in email). I got in the Amazon return line and one piece of advice I would give is to be patient. People might have more than one return. I did not have the original packaging, but there were bags available. All I had to do was scan the barcode from email, the machine prints the return label, seal the item in the bag, put the label on, once the vault unlocks, place the item inside, close, vault locks and be on your way 😎😃

This Whole Foods location is small and always feels cramped. It is a get in, grab your items and get out store no browsing for me. But I am grateful that it’s here. I also love that the have Amazon pick up and a kiosk for Amazon returns.

Plenty parking and a good size store for being in such a tight spot. Has Bakery, Fresh meat and Fish. Big collection of cheeses. Bunch of fresh Produce, and flowers. Salad and fresh prepared food bar available.

Very tiny store, tiny parking lot, and tiny parking spots. Don’t recall seeing alcohol section and the frozen sections are extremely tiny with about 30% items offered compares to other locations. Meat, seafood and pretty much everything else has very limited options.
