This was my first time at the market just going in to kill some time. It was easy to find everything and the staff was friendly and quick to check in to make sure we didn’t need help. It was about 15 minutes before closing time and there was only 1 checkout line open. I appreciated that an employee opened up another register (not a self-checkout line but an employee-administered checkout) just so I could get checked out and on my way. Not only can you really not shop in here with out being caged in or trapped but you also get the opportunity to see washed up politicians like Vernon Jones standing in line for money orders… OK I’ll give it two stars for the potential to see washed up celebrities.By Elliott Inspace (2 months ago)Wish I could rate 0. I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received at the Kroger Pharmacy on 590 Cascade Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 and have also experienced this at other locations. At many Kroger pharmacies I’ve called, you can hear the employees answer the phone and place it back down and mute the phone to get customers to hang up. I’ve experienced this too many times and no one should have to be given the runaround to receive medicine. For someone that is immobile, I am unable to go in and can’t always have someone drive there in time so I rely on phone services. I don’t know if this will be taken seriously because what big corporation does, but please consider if this were your parent, child or loved one in need of care and your paid employees are deliberately and passive aggressively denying service while being paid on the clock.By Estrella Cereza (3 weeks ago)The West End Kroger is a little tired but generally clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly. Wait times can be long but you can usually predict this by what’s going on that day, etc. They’re clearance, or Manager’s Specials, aisle usually has some good finds. I scanned the renewal notice and it brought up all three of my cars. I selected all three cars them put in my debit card and out popped the three registrations complete with tags.By Kellie M (4 months ago)The parking lot is always dirty and the store is rarely well stocked on (at least most of) everything. But most annoying and frustrating is that they are always understaffed on cashiers and furthermore they have recently replaced all of the usual, small self-checkout units with newer, larger ones that, by taking up more space, handle a much lower amount of self-checkout customers. So, lines here have always been long but they have now gotten even longer. Don’t come here if you’re in a time crunch and you only need a few things – whether you’re shopping for 5 or 50 items, you’ll be in line for who knows how long.By Robert (5 months ago)

This is my nearest grocery store however I’ve been hesitant about shopping there due to the condition of the parking lot and surrounding areas but much to my surprise the inside is clean and well stocked. The veggies and fruit looked healthy however I didn’t come for that. A lot of international products and a good selection.
