    We walked in with an appointment at 8 pm on a a Monday. I booked the wrong type of appointment, a sales appointment versus a service appointment, which was what we needed. We still were taken care of immediately. There were tons of Apple employees to assist customers. It was busy but we got our service issue on our phone resolved and were in and out within ten minutes. I was really dreading going but it was an AMAZING, EFFICIENT, QUICK AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Thank you Apple! I would highly recommend this store if you help with an Apple product!! 😃

    Rob our phone technician was amazing
    Went to Verizon also went to few other shops, no one was able to transfer the data into the new phone…
    He was fast and friendly and full of product knowledge!!

    Worst customer service ever. Approximately 10 assistants and crowded store. I had to approach them myself because they were too busy talking to each other. When I started to talk to an assistant, he didn’t even say hi or mentioned his name. When I described what I needed he wasn’t friendly at all and talked to me with an attitude. Then when I chose the device he said that they have all colours of it. But when I mentioned desired it wasn’t t available. I work in customer service as well for many years even overseas and Apple in Florida mall is not 1 star. It’s -10. If you like arrogant service with extra poker face – choose them.

    By far the worst service shopping experience I have had in years. How does such a store not have an inventory list to identify and notify customers when an item is no longer in stock. I waited in line for almost three hours just to find out in seconds that the product is not in stock. A waste of my time. Apple is OVER RATED. I am off their bandwagon, which is only for name only. Found a better product.

    Went here to buy a phone. Was greeted by Jerome who then introduced me to Nico(Nicolas). This has been my most spectacular Apple experience. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Jerome and Nico are 5 star employees. Nico was so helpful and knowledgeable.

    I went to pick up my iPhone 14 pro and I had a really great experience. Customer service was fantastic and although the store was full, employees made it very easy to navigate since they had the store well organized. Emanuel helped me and he was great. He built rapport with me and kept me updated on the status of arrival on my order. He gladly answered all of my questions and informed me on several things about the product. I feel confident on my purchase and look forward to great customer service encounters such as this one in the future.

    It’s a beautiful building and I love how they have everything in one, but it’s crammed. The reason it has 4/5 stars is due to their actual Genius Bar tech help area. We waited FOUR, yes 4 hours to be seen for 10mins of nothing . It feels like a space where your time is just being taken away with no actual help.

    MOST IMPORTANT:
    If you plan on going to the Genius Bar plan ahead and try to schedule an appointment (most don’t give that option) so plan to stop by Apple Store first, set your appointment, then walk around the mall. And HOPEFULLY they have more than one person for the area you need help in or you’ll be there as long as I was.

    Very beautiful apple store, with trees 🌳 inside 😍. The service with appointment has been the fastest I’ve experienced. A lot of space and a very good design. While I was there, a street photographer was showing his work.

    This is the last time I will be going to the Apple store at Aventura mall. My experience there today was the most unprofessional and lacking in customer service. Due to my small business’s needs, I find myself buying a bunch of Apple products around different Apple stores based on availability. Today I was in need of an iPhone 12 I had made the order online with a pick up window from 2 PM to 2:15 PM, after arriving there on time, I was given the phone, but upon inspecting the iPhone 13 (higher price, better sale for them) I asked if I could exchange the iPhone 12 for the 13. The associate then looked at me annoyed and immediately told me that that would not be possible without even remotely thinking of what other options Apple could offer. In shock with the answer I was receiving, I immediately told him he was mistaken and that there has to be a way (as I previously return products that have been opened + I’m pretty familiar with their exchange and returns policy). He then goes on to tell me that I could return the phone (which I have no problem doing), and getting a new one with the exception that I would have to wait around two hours for them to get it from the back (as that’s when the next availability to purchase a phone was). In disbelief I accept the fact that they don’t wanna sell me a better phone. And I told him to forget it and that I would be keeping the 12. After this “incredible”interaction, I go to the cases area looking for a case for my newly purchased phone. My plan was to do a self check out (feature that is very well-known to me, but very little known by apples on employees, as everytime I do it 60% act surprised). I choose this method because my credit card is saved to my apple account and I don’t carry it with me. I’m approached by another sales associate wanting to help, he was very helpful as he thought I was gonna pay physically, but as soon as I told him that I was doing a self check out, he retains the case from me and tells me that this is not possible, I asked he would get in trouble for selling me a case through self check out. I proceeded to tell him that this is nonsense as I’ve done this a couple of weeks ago at the same store. He then tells me that if I want to do a self check out, I would have to wait two hours for me to get the case. I proceeded to tell him that I was just going to scan the barcode, pay, and move on with my day. Frustrated he then proceeded to go talk to his manager. He I tell him that I would like to talk to his manager personally, but he ignores it and says he was going to talk to his manager after talking to his manager. He comes back and let me scan the item and pay. After this distasteful experience at the Apple Store, it seems to me like Apple is unwilling to let customers buy their products themselves, or even exchange items for better products without its employees, complicating and escalating their situations. What should’ve been an easy on going in and out experience turned out to be one of the worst experience I’ve had at the Apple store. Never going back there again.

    Apple Store at City Brickell has only been opened for about 2-years. Compared to the other stores, this one is mid-size. However, the size is just right to display all products. This time only one “check-in associate just to let them know my arrival for a Genius Bar appointment. Busy store for a Wednesday afternoon, lots or Apple Red shirts to brighten the mood and answer thoroughly any questions. Store has great window views and relaxing waiting area Away from the crowd. This is a plus and a quick chance to unwind a bit. Happy Store!

    Although the store was open to regular shopping, I was able to get inside to pick up my order. The staff made me feel welcome and they were courteous as usual. I’d come back to this location anytime

    Pretty cool location for an Apple store. Right inside of brickle mall. Staff was extremely helpful and although long lines time went by swiftly. Would recommend this location.

    Michael is soooo great!
    My girlfriend just lost her iPhone, we have to buy a new one. We got a lot of issues with AT&T stuff such as PIN of the lost phone. Thanks to Michael, he helped us to contact AT&T customer service. It took a very long time and great effort of him. We really really appreciate his help. Today is unfortunate for us, But with Michael We get much better now.
