  Best Buy isn’t what it used to be. The chain has taken a beating from online retailers. That said, if I need something urgently (less than 2-3 days), I’ll go to Best Buy.

  This particular Best Buy was staffed by friendly and knowledgeable sales people, but not as many as I would of liked. It was a bit hard finding someone to help me out. In the end, I found what I was looking for and made my way out. Overall a good experience.

  I do wish their check-out experience were better. I kept having to answer questions on the touch screen for stuff I wasn’t interested in. I wanted to pay and get out, not confirm all my contact info and answer other questions. That.experience could be improved.

  Went in to buy a TV knowing what we wanted from pre- shopping on the app; figured it would be in and out. So, no need to get on the waiting list to be helped. (Which BTW is what you’re told when you first walk in the door.) However, we had a difficult time locating the item. When we located the display we then couldn’t find the stock. After aimlessly looking, a sales person walking by finally recognized we needed help. This sales clerk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond until we had all our questions answered (wish we could remember his name). Thankfully, we did not get stuck on the waiting list and were helped anyways. Pleased with our purchase and checkout process was quick.

  False advertisement
  I wanted to buy a computer Asus E410 Rose Gold on sale for $119.99 and the manager wanted to sell it to me for $249.99 Because of the color. Even though the advertisement says that it is also available in Rose Gold

  No staff was available anywhere. I stood in the video game area for 20 minutes without a single staff member swinging by, so I decided to skip that part of the trip. We grabbed a small television and waited another 10 minutes in line to buy it. Naturally, my better half sent me back in to get a stuffed animal for our 3 year old, so I got to wait another 10+ minutes. The waiting isn’t ideal, but the staff walking back and forth IN FRONT OF THE REGISTERS is probably enough to make me stop going here at all.

  They have some of the worse service in geek squad. Unable to resolve warranty issues for months at this point. Every time they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and conveniently loose connection. Every single time. We still don’t have our cord from warranty for our laptop. Our laptop repair was horrible because they kept messing up and not fixing properly. Geek squad is not helpful in any way. Call your customers back!!!

  Have you ever wished that you could find a Radio Shack or an electronic store? Well wish no longer, I learned about Electronics Warehouse that’s been in business since 1960 from a friend and I was so glad
  Talk about have everything you need, WOW, not only do they have hard to find power adapters and components everything that you could be looking for for electronics but the service is outstanding so when you go to Electronics Warehouse on Main Street in Riverside California ask for Daniel and tell him that Keith sent you you’ll be glad you did!

I was desperate to find an uncommon connector for a paging amplifier, and when I saw that they didn’t have the part in stock, the owner offered to custom manufacture the item for me while I waited.   I’m a many time repeat customer — this place is great. They probably have whatever odd electronic component it is that you’re looking for. (Whether or not you’ll be able to find it is a different story…).

  Service is very friendly but do your own research ahead of time so that you can help them help you. I have had very good luck with just bringing in whatever it is I’m trying to fix — 99% of the time one of the guys will immediately recognize what I need and point me in the right direction. Prices are very reasonable.

  They have some stuff that can be difficult to find, especially since stores similar to Radio Shack are going under left and right. They have Weatherpack/GM/Ford stuff in terms of Automotive, but don’t be surprised to not find every automotive part you might need. They have a bunch of obscure stuff, like single capacitors, microswitches, relays, connectors, and lights. Their store is messy, though, so be ready to dig thru some stuff
