Like any other Wegmans; this place is clean and well organized and just a fantastic grocery store. Their food bars are open at this location, at least the Wing Bar and Asian Bar were. The mushroom and truffle pizza was really good from the counter. This Wegmans appears to be multiple floors although I did not walk to the other floors since I thought it was just additional dining areas.By Gabriel Garcia (5 months ago)The best supermarket that I have visited in the U.S. It has tons of variety of food and drinks. Different kinds of bread, different kinds of muffins and pastries, different kinds of seafood, meat, wines. It has an elegant decor and nice environment. Highly recommendedBy Carolina Recalde (a year ago)How can you go wrong with Wegmans? Being born and raised in Western New York where Wegmans was born It was always the local store. Then I moved to Florida for 25 years and everyone thought that Publix was the best thing they have ever seen. Boy did they want to argue with me when I told them that they needed to experience Wegmans at least once in their lives. But when they did they suddenly realized how right I was. The huge store offers everything you could ever want at prices that won’t completely break the bank. Now it is a little more than say Walmart or giant, but you get what you pay for. And for me I will happily pay for a cleaner store, and some much higher quality meats and Seafood. But that’s just my Opinion.By lewis zajac (12 months ago)I love this store! I have been in Hawaii for the last 8 years and we don’t have stores like this. I have been to this Wegmans probably 20 times since arriving in Northern Virginia and I have not had one bad experience yet with staff/employees. Lots of choices and prices are a steal compared to Hawaii.
Some customers could use personal space etiquette. But that’s everywhere.By MJA MJA (5 months ago)The veggies are fresh and options are umpteen – from regular to organic to Indian to oriental. Picked lots of veggies and greens including salad packs. More importantly they are fresh & crisp. The groceries were appealing and premium, loved the tail mix and options for milk/ eggs. I’d recommend this place for groceries any day.By Kiran Blr (2 months ago)

H Mart has been stepping up its game. This one is really nice and has a massive selection of pre-made Asian food. If you’re looking for the best deals in town on fresh herbs this is the place to go. It’s also the only place where you can find mackerel.By Joshua Flores (12 months ago)I really enjoyed exploring this mart which offers assorted Asian fresh produce as well as ready to eat snacks and frozen food. Their frozen aisle offers many varieties of Asian staples at reasonable price. However, I was disappointed how they are over charging Horizon Organic Whole milk. It’s almost two dollars more than its priced at other places.By Pritisha Shrestha (5 months ago)So big and carry variety of korean foods that’s hard to find at other Asian stores. But… kimbap here is sooooo bad… so bland and so much rice in it.. lettuce is 6 dollar so expensive even considering inflation. Restaurants in food courts are good quality too.By Kelly Lee (a month ago)Felt like I was back in Seoul not only with the sites and smells, but the fully stocked shelves of Korean specific products.
I hadn’t had gimbap since leaving Korea and made it there just in time for them to start putting their fresh ones on display. I didn’t ask but I’d assume they flavors would rotate daily as the flavors I had purchased (see attached) weren’t the most common gimbap I had ever run into throughout east Asia.
Although about 35 min out of the way, this has instantly become my go to Asian market in Virginia.
By Nick S (a year ago)Brilliant store for all things asian, from wagyu beef to the plum sauce you saw on your table on that Thai holiday some years back. Fresh fruit, meat and seafood. And when you are tired of perusing the wares, enjoy lunch at the indoor eateries.By Norman Moon (3 months ago)

My bestie came up for the weekend to participate in my neighborhood yard sale. Not only was it stinking hot but I only made $10 bucks! Sunday came and after breakfast at our favorite place, The Egg Bistro, we decided to walk it off by visiting Virginia Beach’s premiere grocery stores. The first one we stopped at was Whole Foods. Because we dined at opening at The Egg we made it to WF well before the people of VB were awake so it was a pleasant visit for us. We wandered around giddy at all the fruits, specialty foods, yummy baked goods, hot and cold salad/dinner bars we’re not used to.
Y’all, I am NOT a fan of VB. It’s always so crowded, you can’t rely on working traffic signals and the drivers care less about your safety than beating everyone to the next red light, but this visit to WF made me a tad bit envious of folks within walking distance. I mean, my visit was so positive I contemplated leaving the my country paradise just so I would have daily access to WF and Lumpia & Co.
I bought so much fresh fruit that it had to look as if I’ve never had fresh fruit before. Not only were the fruits beautifully displayed, they were tasty!! And on sale with my Amazon Prime membership. That’s right y’all! I said discounts with an Amazon Prime account. If you were a fly on our shopping cart listening to how much the little things excited me you would think I was the country cousin who’d never left the farm vs an internationally traveled city girl!
I spoke with several different employees and each of them was gracious, helpful and quite friendly. They’re definitely an asset to WF.
I sampled different cookies, fresh baked tarts, gum and all that fruit that made it appear as if I was on a rabbit diet. I bought mangos, peaches, strawberries, cherries, cookies, gum, a mini eclair, mini cheesecake and 2 assorted tarts. I got all of these delectable delights, superior customer service AND Amazon prime discounts for $56 bucks! I am still dining on my fruits and the cookies were just perfect. ** continuation ** the mini eclair, tarts and cheesecake were phenomenal! So very tasty. I’m glad they’re a mix and match price. I can’t wait to go back for more! After we left WH we went to Wegmans. I had high hopes from them and was terribly let down.
I am a new Whole Foods devotee and can’t wait to find myself there once again.
Thank you Whole Foods. I have never before in my life been this happy to visit a grocery store!
By Lynne (7 months ago)Easy to find, ample parking. Beautiful store. The staff was friendly and nice.
One star removed because I am 5’1 and three items I came in for were on the top most shelf. Very hard for me to reach!! I had to scale the shelves one time, and then asked a tall guy walking by to help me grab a box of tea. How am I supposed to reach these high items?maybe I’ll bring a footstool next time and give it five stars. There was no hot bar open either but it was early morning. I can’t comment on that. Fully stocked, looks great for the holidays. I was pleased with the selection of items available, the bakery department in particular was impressive. Loads of vegan treats!
However, this store is a bit out-of-the-way for me so I will use Amazon delivery moving forward.
By Heather (a month ago)Very helpful and friendly staff. I noticed that the prices were much more reasonable than the last time I was there ( maybe 9 months ago). As usual, great selection of high quality healthy foods and products as well.By Denise Lesko (5 months ago)Great selection , however there is “first come , first serve” on deli prepared meals. I did experience my grocery bags continuously ripping from the handle, and I love the brown bags ! The brown bags are usually why I choose Whole foods over any other health food store, so please fix this issue.By Tashelia (a month ago)Aside from the high prices everything here is always great quality. One thing that is extremely inconsistent that makes me really sad is the guacamole made and sold there. It’s the best guacamole I’ve ever had in my entire life BUT only sometimes. It’s very inconsistent and you can tell when other people are making it because it’s chunky, missing something or too much of an ingredient. I wish one person would make it every single time (preferably the one who makes sure it’s not chunky & really mixes it up). I used to have to go in multiple times a week to buy more guac because I would eat a whole container in one day but now I go Every few weeks praying it’s the good batch.By Taylor Neff (4 months ago)
