The last several times I’ve done pick up it takes 25+ minutes. I could shop just as quick as it takes them to bring out my pick up. It’s a shame, and I love using Kroger because of their credit card and rewards.

Love their selections from meats to specialized cheese. They are always friendly an dhelpful if you need assistance and I enjoy ahopping here. BUT I WILL WARN YOU the most disgusting thing I saw was this NEW Starbucks they put in, the workers which did appear to be very young in age were feeding eachother frozen drinks with whip cream behind the counter and even reached over the pick up area to spoon feed another girl standing there. I was appalled working in the food industry I know this is a complete health code violation and was a huge turn off. I will continue to go up the street to the other Starbucks but will continue to grocery shop for the future here.

There is no doubt that I have to give 5 stars, wish I could give more. I visited there with a delivery of store shelves on 5/19/22. I dealt with Kim Ferraro at the receiving dock. The load I had for them was a mess in my trailer, Kim worked with me on getting their skids out, while moving other skids out of the way to get to theirs. This lady is a hard worker and deserves something for her recognition. It took awhile to get everything situated and rearranged but that is understood if you would have saw my freight. She is a definite go getter and knows how to take charge of the situation. When I first got there I talked to another fella that didn’t want no part of it and just passed it on to Kim. I’m glad he did cause I’m sure he wouldn’t have been able to pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel. Thank you very much Kim for all your help and hard work. If I ever come back to this store again I’ll just look for you instead of asking someone else for assistance.

Good old-fashion grocery store. Has just about everything. We like the Italian ice, they even had numerous beverage options and pocky which I didn’t expect to find locally. Cute little place.

Clean, courteous, friendly. This Food Lion is my favorite place to grocery shop in the area. Their prices are generally a little higher than other options in the area but you cannot ask for a better environment to shop in. The store is well lit and always comfortable. This is also one of the only places I have found sage breakfast sausage in a long time.

I love Kroger but this store needs some help when you call no one ever answers the phone they are always out of the things I want to buy the selection of items have gone downhill badly. They are always out of the soda, Gatorade, and they do carry ice cream but they are always out of popcycles they don’t carry a very good selection of popcycles it’s mostly ice cream treats. Considering this store Caters to a lot of college students you would think they would have a better variety of items. I understand there is a national shortage but this has been a problem for years.

They did not double bag and a bag busted in front of the store. Some of the glass items shattered and we tried to clean it up. They didnt offer a replacement and gave attitude about us even telling them about the hazard in front of the store. It was some little teenage boy. This kid I have had several bad interactions with. He doesnt care about the customer or his job. He is a tall blonde. That being said, it is unlikely that I will spend money here ever again. I really do not appreciate having multiple bad experiences, spending hundreds of dollars and being dismissed.

It’s a pretty good store. Only problems are it isn’t the cleanest, and the organization and placenta of items can be a bit weird at times, sometimes making it hard to find stuff. Overall though, for a local supermarket, it’s good.

Rude lady named Tiffany has zero customer service skills and how she’s in this position baffles me she’s very rude and only told me her name because she knew I was recording her if this is how Kroger test black people then maybe we should get elsewhere to spend our money I’ve dealt with the public for 16 years and I’ve never met someone so RUDE
