It was nice to see a Safeway store here in Phoenix considering we don’t have a Safeway at Las Vegas. It wasn’t too far of a walk from my hotel and pretty useful to stock up on a few snacks and drinks. The store was very clean and well maintained. The employees were pretty friendly too. A good place to get a few necessities when you’re vacationing at Phoenix.

I’ve shopped here on and off 5 years. More recently more often. The morning self check out attendant (3x the same man) is very nice and helpful. The store has always been tidy and clutter free. Also impressed with the look of the premade food options. While other locations have stalled in quality, this location is a refreshing change. Keep up the good work.

4 stars for the best breakfast Burritos! I stop in whenever I pass by in the morning. They are pretty good. Cannot give a full 5 stars because honestly outside of the Burritos I don’t shop there much. Overall the store looks nice. A little busy at times.

Well stocked store. Friendly employees that will help you find what your looking for. Peter from the wine department didn’t have to help as much as he did, he helped us find all the items we were missing. The cashier and bagger were very nice and funny. 12/10 rating. Keep up the excellent work.

It’s not Dollar Tree, It’s Safeway! Somewhat more expensive than Fry’s, but the products and service are amazing. This is literally my favorite store. Whether you want a $5 whole fried chicken (available after 10 am), or just a monster and a beer, they got you covered.

This location was previously Walmart and conveniently located on 7th ave and Bell Road in North Phoenix.

This place is spacious and spotless. It felt like a wholesale market like Costco or BJ’s, but there are differences. I would say it’s in the middle of regular super market and a wholesale market.

Great price. Be aware they would not accept credit card- debit card or cash only. Since their prices are low, so they need to cut off credit card fees, in order to provide better discount for customers.

They have varieties of items to choose from and the staff are helpful. On the tag it also indicates the price comparison from other major super markets like Walmart and Safeway.

Love WinCo and the fact they are open 24 hours. Their Deli is one of the best for side dishes as they make it themselves. They also have a great sandwich selection. You can get a 12 inch Pastrami sub for under $5. The grocery store part is pretty good too with lower prices on many of the most popular stuff.

There the only place in Phoenix that’s still open 24/7. There prices are very fair and some of there products are Warehouse Prices along with somethings available in Bulk. The people are friendly and helpful as well. They have the usual Restocking Traffic, but that’s not a big deal. This particular store is right off the 101 West, so it’s easy to get to from much of the Valley. I highly recommend them and have been using them for years.

The cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting from the bakery are insanely tasty so much to the point where I have to buy 2 trays and I am hooked. Way better than any other place including my many attempts at making them from scratch. It would be a 5 star rating except that they are out of cinnamon rolls way too often and I can’t ever find beef hearts or meats like that to feed to my dogs. A discount area in the meat section and also a section with all organ meats and a section of scraps and bones for dogs would be brilliant and most appreciated.

First time visitor to this Winco Foods. We have shopped at other stores while living in California. We actually wanted to see this store. And we’re pleasantly surprised by it. The store was exceptionally clean and very well kept up. The shelves were full. No empty space. Each department was maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Nice cashiers. All around a great store to visit.

Nice clean store, helpful clerks. The bulk section is awesome so much to choose from, candy,pasta, staples,coffee,vegetables etc. Cash or debit is only type of payment. Bring your own shopping bags if you can. 3 rows of liquor n beer n wine.

“Not Many Employees Speak- This Social Society Needs More Happy Faces…” The Regular/Physical Line Was Lengthier Than The Robotic, Card Only Machine. Products; Stocked & Fresh. Confession, I had been thinking of walking into the WinCo just south of my Costco for the last 3 years, but I never did till last week. I had heard good things from my wife and adult son, so I took the leap. I am so glad I did!

WOW! This store impressed me!. Confession, I am all about a good deal. I always felt that if I had more information I could make smarter buying choices as a consumer. WinCo provides that info right next to the asking price! Amazing!

Here are a few things that stood out to me: clean, huge, easy to navigate, great deals! Plus, you can buy snack and other items in bulk like at a Sprouts or other health food store.

It is like Costco and Safeway had a baby called WinCo! The great prices of a wearhouse store, and the the quality of a traditional supermarket!
