The only thing that I wish is there was consistency between the five Hy-Vees in town. There’s a bakery item the butter rum muffins that they make that only one store makes. Just as one store only seems to make pistachio muffins. Not all of the same selection of food items match from store to store either. A little bit of consistency goes a long way.

Store so clean, great specific product selection. But honestly, I go for the open kitchen variety. Love the Chinese vendor. Plus lots of people in the dining area. Good for people watching.

I was told I couldn’t use my debit card to pay for a gift card. I would have to use cash So, I left it and paid for my groceries, which was over 300.00. I had to ask for my receipt and she didn’t ask if I had a Hy Vee card, which I do. I would just like to know when this policy was started. It didn’t say anything about that on the gift card rack. I shop at Hy Vee every week, I love all your products. I just wanted you to be aware of this. I would leave 5 stars before this experience.

The woman that rang me up was awesome. Unfortunately the coffee drink I purchased was a month past its expiration date which I did not realize until I started drinking. The date is teeny-tiny on the bottom.

I am always surprised at how good the food is here. Whoever is picking out the food they sell is doing a great job. Ordered 4 prime ribs for Christmas, and they were amazing. I will be coming back for more.

The store is clean, the staff are nice to a degree and they’re mostly helpful. The aisles online is absolute trash. They can never seem to find the order that is required for pickup, half the time they’ll say it’s canceled but it won’t be it’ll still be in the process of shopping.

As a dasher we get paid a set fee to pick up a completed order from the store and take it to the customer. We do not get paid to wait around, the store has at least… At least a 15 minute to 30 minute wait each time to get an order because they most of the time have to find it inside the store or try and find the shopper that’s supposed to be shopping it so they can get a status update. Management doesn’t seem to care, we’re only proxy customers to them we can’t actually complain so here’s my complaint.

I love my neighborhood Hy-Vee store. I’ve never had anything to complain about and have never made a complaint. I was buying some products in the health market today and snagged 3 items that were on sale. I was surprised to see such great prices and checked the labels to make sure they were correct before grabbing. They did not ring up correctly and so the manager came over to help. He did his investigation to make sure what I was claiming was correct. I went with him to make sure we were looking at the same things. While he was inputting the displayed price in the computer, I noticed this highly advertised sign and found myself confused about the practice. I didn’t say anything because he was nice and I didn’t want to make a big deal about it since I was already getting a great price. But the manager did not own up to this claim that Hy-Vee seems to be serious about. Therefore, I’m a bit disappointed in Hy-Vee, but of course if will continue to ship there.

After getting home I’ve realized that the manager actually charged me more than what the advertised prices were for these items. Unfortunate.

Love the people who work at South Williamsburg store. Variety is fabulous and the membership is they offer free delivery and pick up.

Was door dashing and had to wait over half an hour for the order I was picking up as I was told “25 items still to get”… 10 minutes later “12 items to still get”… 10 more minutes, they had me move to a parking spot cause “seven more items still”. After another 10 or so, the guy apologized and went in to finish the shopping himself. Over 30 minutes nearly 40… That my customer was waiting for, and needed me to deliver.

Trader Joe’s has the best snacks. The variety and quality of food that is available is perfect. My favorite are the banana chips and chocolate chip cookies. I also love to grab something new that I’ve never had. I’ve yet to be disappointed. The staff is always full of positive energy and smiling non stop. If you haven’t been you need to give it a shot!

Here’s the one bad thing you’ll find about Trader Joe’s. March of what you like here, you won’t find anywhere else, so you’ll have to be a repeat customer. If you shop here a lot and move away, you’ll struggle to match it elsewhere. Why? Because much of what they have here is unique to them. Much of this store is the Trader Joe’s brand. But, what you’ll also find, is the Trader Joe’s brand, is a good quality brand. It’s not a terribly large store, but you’ll find lots of things to fill your cupboards here. You’ll also find that you’ll come to love much of these things, and so you’ll need to return here to restock. So if you live in the area, and you can come back often, you’ll get along just fine. Place is well stocked, clean, plenty of staff, and plenty of uniquely different items to keep you guessing what you just try this time. If you don’t live near one, make sure you stop by to have some unique treats to snack on in the car, or once you get home. Making Trader Joe’s a stop should be a check on your list to make happen.

Love this place for its fun unique food items. This is my go to place for small parties and finger foods. Love the snack items. Then for those Eastern Asian inspired dishes, this is great place. Love that that they use paper bags. Great organic, vegan, and gluten free items

Trader Joe’s is an awesome grocery store located in Regency. They’ve got reasonable and mostly inexpensive prices on organic foods. I highly recommend the Caramelized Onion Cheddar Cheese with Trader Joe’s Multigrain Crackers!

Always a good place to go! I’m from Hawaii so a lot of people like trader Joe’s Both food and snacks from here. They always have something different and the quality of the food is always spectacular! They also have very great customer service at this one. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered having bad service. Everything always looks fresh clean and I’m glad that this isn’t a huge store. I can always find what I need where I need it.
