From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who asked how they could assist me.
Throughout my visit, I was consistently impressed by the knowledge and expertise of the store’s employees. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, someone was there to help me out and make sure I had all the information I needed. Whether I was looking for a specific product or just needed some advice, the staff at this Apple store were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I had a great shopping experience.
In addition to the excellent customer service, I was also impressed by the clean and modern layout of the store. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and there was a wide selection of products to choose from. Overall, my visit to the Apple store in Back Bay was a true pleasure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of top-notch customer service and a great shopping experience.

I had to wait a little once my appointment time came around, but the workers at the genius bar were friendly and informative, also quick in their work of diagnosing an issue. By Andrew Montella (a month ago)I received a pop up on my IPhone 13 that read “SIM CARD NOT DETECTED” so I took it to the Genius Bar. The tech that helped me (or tried to help me) was nice enough by looking into the problem. He connected my phi one to his diagnostic laptop twice and came back and told me that the SIM card is fine and that it needs a new antenna which would cost me $390 dollars. After finding this suspicious, I took it to a local “I fix it” store and after looking at the settings, they told me that the antenna is working fine and that I need a new SIM card (hence the pop up). I called Verizon and they connected my phone to a eSIM card which worked and it continues to work just fine. He told me that customers need to remember that the Apple Store is a retailer and they are in the business to make money. I get it, but lets be honest. A multi-billion dollar company won’t let you return an unopened apple product with a receipt 35 days after purchasing like they’re a broke mom and pop shop. Never buy at an Apple Store. It wasted my 3 hours drive in total just to get my iPhone front screen replaced. I have to come the store 3 times, and each time it takes 1 hour drive round trip for me. The repair work was supposed to be done in 1 visit, but they cannot finish it due to under-staff and asked me to leave the phone there and come back on the second day. I came to the store at 7:30pm on the second day (the store hour is until 8:00pm) but it is already closed! I have to drive to the store 3rd time in order to pick my phone up.
